How Can I Change My Online Account Details?

If you wish to change your online account information, e.g., name, and address, please send these changes through to our AP team, who will update any information for you.

Can I Order More Than The Quantity Listed On The Website?

We do offer wholesale quantities in most cases. An email can be sent to our AP team for consideration of your request.

Will My Order Include GST?

All products listed on our website that incur GST will have this listed on your Tax Invoice which is included within all parcels sent. If you do not receive this Tax Invoice an email request can be sent to our AP team. GST is not charged or collected on international orders.

Is cash pick-up available?  


Yes. Cash pick-up is available Also, we accept Bank Card payments by Australian Visa or MasterCard. Pay ID is also available upon request.

How do I cancel an order? 

 

The best way to cancel an order is by calling 03 8900 9004 or emailing us at Sales@ausmesepackaging.com.au as soon as possible.

  • In most cases, orders placed are dispatched within 1 Business Day.
  • When your order is placed, you will have a 2-hour timeframe to manually cancel your order by logging into your account and requesting this through the ‘cancel’ button beside that particular order number.
  • Orders that are in fulfilment cannot, in most cases be cancelled due to our system processing the order efficiently.
  • Once your order is processed into this stage a cancellation will not be possible.
  • If you would like to cancel your order beyond this stage you can post the order back to our AP address at your own cost.
  • As long as the packaging is in its original condition, a full refund less postage will be provided upon its receipt as outlined in our Returns Policy.

How can I track the progress of my order?  


You can track your order status during processing as well as delivery by logging in online and clicking on your relevant order number. The status will allow you to see the stage it is at if it has not yet been shipped, and by pressing the “track order” button after it has been shipped, you can see the latest information Australia Post has on your order. If you do not receive your tracking number or believe there may be problems with your delivery, please contact us.

Are there any restrictions on what I can order if I am ordering outside Australia?  


You will have to ask your local customs services regarding any other restrictions on products being received in your country.

What happens if I don’t receive my confirmation email for my order?  

 

All orders placed through AP will automatically receive a confirmation email, if by any chance you do not receive this, please send us an email along with your relevant proof of payment.  

How can I change the address on my order?

If you need to change your address on an order you have placed, you will need to inform us immediately as orders process through our system rapidly. Please email us your updated address, and we will attempt to alter your order promptly.

What do I do if something from my order is received damaged/missing/or not as ordered?  


Whilst every effort is made to ensure this does not happen if the above has occurred you will need to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with any relevant photos and order number and we will assist you further. Return Policy 

How can I get a copy of my Tax Invoice?


A Copy of your digital invoice is available from Your Account. If your purchase was made on our website, just follow the below instructions to obtain a copy of your invoice:
1. Go to Ausmese Packaging
2. Click Login/Register on the top right side of the website. My Account
3. You will see all orders listed – click the order you require an invoice for.

AP Online accepts payments via PayPal Stripe Visa or MasterCard Visa Checkout Please note that all international orders need to be paid via PayPal or Stripe.

Deliveries How long will my order take to get to me?
